Thunder Bay, Ontario, day 3

Went out sightseeing during the day - Terry Fox Monument and Prince Arthur Landing - and over to Bev and Bob's for a delicious dinner. We had such a good time that I forgot to get my camera out. It was just a gorgeous evening so we had appetizers and even dinner outside on their deck.

The Terry Fox Monument is located up on a mountaintop, which overlooks the harbor. There is also a visitor center that has more info and a clip of his life, which we watched.

Down at Prince Arthur Landing, which is a beautiful park for family and just adults, is a marina and a place for day boater to launch their boats - in the background is the Spirit Garden

the Water Pavilion - earlier little kids were wading in the water to cool off - in the winter large the base of the large water fountain becomes a fire pit and the kids skate on the rink

at the park looking at one sid eof the harbor is a small lighthouse, which looks like Bug Light back home
