I can only travel 4 or 5 hours a day so our 1st stop is Stamford, CT. It brings back fond memories for a couple of reasons. 1st of all, our family was down here a couple of weeks ago to see the Radio City Rockettes in NYC. We had a fabulous time although not everyone could make it so Patsy's sister, Virginia & my cousin, Janie, & her daughter, Amber, joined us. I will post some pictures. Secondly, my son, Pat worked in Westport, just a bit NE of here 4 or 5 years ago. I visited Pat with my daughter, Sara, & we celebrted her birthday here. Later I can down here with my mother, father & sister-in-law, Virginia. This was the last trip that my mother took before she passed away. We had the nicest time. Virginia & I took my father into NYC. It was the 1st time he had been there. We took the the doubledecker bus around the city. On the 2nd trip around we got off & went to the top of the Empire State Building. When my father got home, he told a friend that everyone should see NYC in their lifetime. Pat's family was spending the summer down here.
