Winterfest LHC

This was the beginning of the weekend Winterfest held up town on Main St, which is McCullough Ave
For the past 25 years this has been held with vendors up & down McCullough Ave. The street is shut down for things like this. Even the stores & restaurants on the street participate, many offering discounts. It was a windy, cool day- mid 60's.
